Klaviyo is often perceived as an Email Service Provider rather than a Customer Data Platform. But what does that mean? It means that a business has the possibility of pulling the right levers and never outgrowing its technology through integrations to its current or new setup.
We will cover which levers are available to pull, from optimising conversion rates, increasing LTV, improving customer experience and how to feed the funnel. On each, we’ll suggest how to apply these in the Klaviyo universe by breaking down each one into smaller tools.
This is not only teaching you how, but enabling you all to do more as a business. Customers struggle to implement these use cases and although integrations are already built there’s still a lot of work in implementing them.

How regularly can you email them customers and many email touches are too many for customers?
