Customer Feedback and User-Generated Content: How brands can optimize their strategy.

Feedback and UGC are important tools for brands to connect with their customers, to build trust and loyalty. By encouraging customers to share their experiences and opinions, brands create and display the sense of community and authenticity that is essential in today's digital landscape. UGC can also drive sales, by showcasing the benefits and features of a company’s services or products in a more authentic and relatable way than traditional advertising. When a customer sees how others are using and enjoying a product, they are more likely to make the purchase. We will cover how brands can build out and optimise their review strategy, from getting started with collecting reviews and UGC, to how they can repurpose this within future marketing efforts. Through live examples and case studies, we’ll provide insights on how reviews can lift conversion figures, as well as offer up best practices and tips and tricks for integrating with other tech elements across an e-commerce store.
